After you have created your Fulfilled by THE ICONIC SKU in Seller Center, you will be able to create a request to send those stock to THE ICONIC warehouse.
You will need to create an Inbound Stock Request, where you can list the stock along with the quantity that you want to send over.
Follow steps below.
- Login to Seller Center website
- Go to menu Catalog - Fulfillment by THE ICONIC - Add New

Select mode Send to Warehouse , enter relevant shipment type, and enter the Estimated Delivery Date for when you estimate the shipment to arrive at our warehouse.
If you know the exact shipment details, please enter the information in the Notice of Shipment section.
Otherwise if not yet known, you can leave it empty and come back to that section at a later stage. Note that Notice of Shipment information needs to be provided at least 2 days before the items are due to arrive at our warehouse.

In the item section, you can search the item, hit enter, and specify the quantity that you want to send over. You can enter multiple items here.

Click Submit. The Inbound Stock Request is now created, it will show as Pending status, until it is reviewed subject to rejection/approval by THE ICONIC team.
Bulk Creation
You can also create Inbound Stock Request by bulk uploading the list of SKU.
Go to Seller Center - Catalog - Fulfillment by THE ICONIC - Import - Download Template - Send To Warehouse - Click the Download icon.
The downloaded template will list the eligible SKU that you can update the stock quantity amount along with the shipment details, and you can upload the file. An Inbound Stock Request with the list of SKUs will then be created, subject to review by THE ICONIC team for approval.
Draft Mode
Draft mode allows me to create an ISR without fully submitting it for approval. This means I can return to the ISR later to review details, make amendments, and finalise everything before submitting.
Draft mode is available via both the standard ISR creation flow and the bulk upload process.
