Carton requirements
Each carton should contain only one SKU, with the following guidelines:
- For items of the same style and color, include all sizes in a single carton. For multiple colors of the same style, repeat this format for each color.
- Different styles should follow the same format until the carton is full.
- Should you mix various colours of SKUs, ensure that you use dividers, such as grouped items in larger packaging or cardboard, to clearly separate SKUs within the carton.
- If multiple SKUs are packed in one carton, apply a "MIXED CARTON" label to the carton exterior.
Minimum Carton Dimensions:
- Footwear: 60cmx35cmx30cm
- Apparel & Accessories: 50cmx30xmx30cm
- Beauty & Home: 20cmx16cmx16cm
Carton Weight Requirements
- Any carton in excess of 12kgs must display HEAVY sticker on the outer
Facing edge of the carton once stacked.
- Cartons must NOT exceed total weight of 20kgs
All brands will use the provided carton label is non-negotiable. All cartons must include this, if not FC will reject these shipments
