Definition
| Submitted |
Quantity of FBI (Fulfilled by THE ICONIC) stock that has been submitted by the seller in the Inbound Stock Request. Example : seller specified in the Inbound Stock Request that 5 units of blue shirt will be sent to THE ICONIC. |
| Received |
Quantity of FBI stock that has been physically received into THE ICONIC warehouse. Example : THE ICONIC received delivery and inbounded the 5 blue shirt sent by seller into our warehouse. |
| Surplus |
Extra FBI stock received above the quantity that has been submitted in the Inbound Stock Request. Example : seller submitted 5 units of blue shirt in the Inbound Stock Request, but THE ICONIC received 6 units, so the surplus amount is 1. |
| Shortage |
Fewer FBI stock received than the quantity that has been submitted in the Inbound Stock Request. Example : seller submitted 5 units of blue shirt in the Inbound Stock Request, but THE ICONIC received 4 units, so the shortage amount is 1. |
| Damage | Quantity of FBI stock that has been received in damaged conditions and cannot be sold |
| Reworks | Quantity of FBI stock that required rework for reasons such as damage/missing packaging, re-labelling, removing non-compliance tags, etc |
Stock breakdown for a specific Inbound Stock Request
In Seller Center - Catalog - Fulfillment by THE ICONIC , you can see the breakdown of received stock for a specific Inbound Stock Request.
Hover on the symbol to see the stock breakdown to see the Inbound and Rework stock breakdown along with the relevant rework reasons.
To view the stock information in a file format, go into the specific Inbound Stock Request and download the Acceptance Report; the details are contained in this section.
Stock breakdown across multiple Inbound Stock Request over a date range period
In the Seller Center Fulfillment by THE ICONIC page, you can also see total of Inbound / Rework stock breakdown at the header level across multiple Inbound Stock Request for a range of date period.
Stock on Hand (Online and Offline stock)
In Seller Center - Catalog - THE ICONIC Warehouse Inventory section, you will be able to find the Online and Offline breakdown of our FBI SKU.
Definition
| Online | Quantity of FBI stock that is in received status in THE ICONIC warehouse. These stock are sellable once they have all the required information (image, price, content, etc). |

Quantity of FBI stock that is in a non-sellable status in THE ICONIC warehouse. It includes stock that is in status below
