1. Accessing the ISR and NOS Features
- Go to Seller Center (SC).
- Navigate to Catalogue> Fulfilment by THE ICONIC.
- At the top, you’ll see a NOTICE OF SHIPMENT counter.
- Click it to view a list of relevant ISRs.
- Use the filter search box to search ISRs by NOS status.
- In the list view, check the new column showing the NOS status for each ISR.
2. Understanding NOS Statuses
- Pending: NOS fields (Scheduled Delivery Date, Tracking, Carton Count) are not completed.
- Completed: All NOS fields are filled in.
- Overdue: NOS fields not completed within 2 days of the estimated delivery date to our warehouse.
3. Adding a Shipping Notice (NOS)
Scenario A: Create ISR First, Add NOS Later
- In SC > Catalogue> Fulfilment by THE ICONIC, click Add New.
- Fill in ISR details (e.g., Estimated Delivery Date).
- Leave the Notice of Shipment section blank and click Submit.
- ISR is created with NOS status as Pending.
To add NOS later:
- Return to the ISR (before or after approval).
- Click Show Details.
- Click Edit.
- Fill in the NOS details:
- Scheduled Delivery Date (weekdays only)
- Tracking
- Carton Count
- After completing all fields, NOS status updates to Completed.
Scenario B: Create ISR and Add NOS Immediately
- In SC > Catalog > Fulfilment by THE ICONIC, click Add New.
- Fill in ISR details (e.g., Estimated Delivery Date).
- Fill in the Notice of Shipment section immediately (weekdays only).
- Click Submit.
- ISR is created with NOS status as Completed.
