If a product or products have been added to a promotion incorrectly. It is possible to remove these items from the promotion. Only promotions that are Open will allow items to be removed from the promotion, so this must be actioned before the end of the registration.
Navigate to Promotions>Promotions by The Iconic>Select "View Products" (box with handle)
Once opened, if only 1 product needs to be removed the filter can be used to find the relevant product.
If more than one or all needs to be removed, selecting the check box on the items or on the top bar below the filter box will allow all items to be removed in a simple click.
