As seller you can now create your own promotions (Cart Price type) in Seller Center.
Seller created promotions will go on pending status whilst it's QC checked for errors in Seller Center. Sellers must ensure that the addition of SKUs to promotions is done in compliance with consumer laws.
When SKUs are added to the Seller Promotion, they will be automatically acknowledged and accepted.
1. Creating Promotion
Go to Seller Center - Promotions - Overview - Create Cart Rule Promotion
2. Populate fields
a) Name
Please ensure you enter as per naming convention (Brand):(Offer)
This helps clearly communicate the type of promotion to customers on our website. For example:
Globe: 40% Off
Globe: 40% Off Core Tees
Globe: SPEND $150, SAVE 20%
b) Cart Rule Code
This field will be automatically populated by the system
c) Start Date & End Date
Mandatory field to be populated
！PLEASE NOTE ！
Once the promo has started and is live for customers on the website, you cannot shorten the date or cancel the promotion.
d) Description
Optional. You may use this field to provide details or explanations about the type of promotion being offered.
e) Discount Type
This determines the type of discounts.
For example, to set up a simple percentage-off discount promotion :
1. Enter Discount Type = Percentage
2. Enter Discount Value = 20
3. Enter Deal Minimum Criteria = None
See the table below for instructions on setting up different promotion types.
The Product section controls your eligible products for the promotion that can be submitted.
Price Criteria = Choose to allow all SKUs or limit eligibility to SKUs with or without a special price.
Brands = You can narrow down their list of eligible SKU by specifying some brands only
Minimum Maximum Price = Limit eligible SKUs to those within a specified price range
Product Attributes = Further refine eligible SKUs by selecting certain attributes, such as gender, season, item category, product group, or buying category
3. Submit
You can now submit the promotion. You have the option to add SKUs immediately or return later to add them.
The promotion will then go to Admin Promotion QC
Adding products
This can be done from inside the promotion page during step 3 above.
Or
This can be done from the list view, by clicking the three dots, then Add Product.
You will not be able to add SKU to multiple promotions in overlapping periods.
If you try to add a SKU to a promotion, but that SKU is already included in another promotion with an overlapping period, the SKU will be grayed out (as shown below).
Hovering over the warning icon will show which promotion the SKU is included in, and clicking the icon will take you directly to that promotion.
Please manage your promotions and product participation carefully across both your own promotions that you create and THE ICONIC-run promotions that you may input SKUs into.
Status.
On the Seller Promotion Overview page, you can view the status of your promotions, as well as THE ICONIC’s promotion that you have joined.
If the promotion has been rejected, for example due to an obvious typographical error as shown in the example below, the rejection reason will be displayed. You can edit the promotion, and re-submit it for review.

Updates.
Before the promotion starts, you can update the below;
Name (subject to QC check)
Description (subject to QC check)
Start Date, End Date (subject to QC check)
Discount Value (subject to QC check)
Add product (automatically acknowledged)
Remove product - the request will go to the QC check process, and removal is not guaranteed
After the promotion starts, you can update below;
Extend duration of promotion - End date can be extended, but once changed, you cannot edit to have the promotion end sooner
