THE ICONIC in-house production service was created to help our sellers to get their products live and up for trading on the website as quickly as possible.
To request a retouching booking you will need to follow the following steps:
1. Create your products (without images and content) in Seller Center.
2. Zip your imagery file and drop it into the following Dropbox Folder.
3. Create a booking via Seller Help Desk
Key Things To Note When Saving Your Zipped File:
- Folder naming must be (yyyymmdd - [Brand] - [# of skus] - MP) otherwise imagery will not be processed
- Folder format must be zipped to minimise image loss
- Folder structure should be Main Folder > Product Folder >Images
- Must create a ticket so that production know who to send the imagery back to
1. Creating your products
All products must be created without images and content in Seller Center prior to placing a Production Booking.
Once SKU’s have been created in Seller Center they will be sent through to THE ICONIC for QC
approval. All products must be approved before continuing with the Production Service booking.
Important points to note:
-Please allow 1 business day for product QC approval.
-All SKU’s must be set as active (switched on) in Seller Center to flow through to QC review.
-All QC rejections must be fixed prior to placing your booking.
2. Share your images with THE ICONIC via DropBox
Drop your zipped image file in the Dropbox folder here.
The image files must be saved as per the below requirements:

3. Creating a booking via the Seller Help Desk
On the Production Services page, select Seller Help Desk
Add the subject as 'Image Retouching Booking - Brand name'.
A successful booking confirmation will be returned to you once all 5 steps and naming requirements are completed. Please allow at least 24 hours. Your retouched images will be returned to you when retouching is complete for you to upload.
4. Uploading Images
Once your images have been retouched, they will be sent back to you via Drop Box link. Please save them down and upload the image files to Seller Center.
Go to Products – Manage Images (Simply drag your images from folder to the drop link)
If THE ICONIC is providing the Content Service, once you have done this, inform the team and they can send the SKU list to Content.
