The Help Desk allows you to see a full history of all tickets for the logged-in user, this can be completed through the below steps:
- In the top right corner select “your name”
- Select “My Activities”
- Search or view the latest tickets by selecting the relevant ticket.
From here you will find a list of all previous contacts and current status - enabling the ability to look back through communications with THE ICONIC support teams.
Request History
Here you can view all your requests and filter for the following statuses:
- Any
- Open
- Awaiting your reply
Request View
Once a request has been raised, you will be able to follow up with the request after THE ICONIC support teams have responded.
