The new Help Desk will be live from the 21st of March.
The Help Desk will allow you to see a full history of all tickets for the logged-in user, this can be completed through the below steps:
- In the top right corner select “your name”
- Select “My Activities”
- Search or view the latest tickets by selecting the relevant ticket.
From here you will find a list of all previous contacts and current status. Enabling the ability to look back through communications with THE ICONIC support teams.
Request History
Here you can view all your requests and filter for the following statuses:
- Any
- Open
- Awaiting your reply
Request View
Once a request has been raised, you will be able to follow up with the request after THE ICONIC support teams have responded.
