New Help Desk will be live from the 21st of March.
Once you have logged in, you will be met with the Zendesk Help Center page. From here you can:
- Search all Help Center articles
- Submit a request/ticket
- View current and previous tickets.
To submit a request please follow the below steps:
- In the top right corner select “Submit a request”
- Select a topic from the drop-down
- Complete additional fields (if required)
- Provide context within the Description field
- Submit
