New Help Desk will be live from the 21st of March.
To provide a greater Seller experience, we have enabled functionality within our support portal Zendesk, this will replace the current Seller Help Desk in Seller Center.
We have enabled Single-Sign-On (SSO) between Seller Center & Zendesk to provide a smooth transition into the new portal. This will allow all current Seller Center users to log into the new Zendesk Help Center using their Seller Center credentials.
Once you have logged into Seller Center, follow the below steps to access the Help Desk from the user interface
- New User Interface - Select Seller Help Desk in the bottom left-hand corner
You can navigate directly to the Help Desk and log through the below steps:
- Click this link
- Select sign on with Seller Center
- Add your Seller Center credentials and select sign-in
