Once you have reconciled your returns, If you are missing a return/ have additional returns in the box, please raise a ticket with us via the Seller Help Desk in Seller Center under the topic of ‘Returns’. This will allow your dispute to be raised to the correct team at THE ICONIC. Please remember, you have 5 business days to dispute your returns from the close of the Account Statement.
