The ICONIC's 4 Golden Rules for order fulfillment include same-day dispatch for orders before 3 pm on business days, using express shipping, careful updating of tracking IDs, and fulfilling orders to PO BOX and Parcel Points. Sellers receive three notifications for new pending orders: a notification in the 'Pending' status, statistics on the Seller Center homepage dashboard, and an email to their chosen account.
There are 4 Golden Rules for Order Fulfilment with THE ICONIC:
- Same day dispatch​ for all orders placed before 3 pm (Business Days) – this does not include weekends or public holidays
- Express Shipping Service must be used
- Take care in updating your tracking IDs. Once they are uploaded they cannot be changed. The tracking ID errors could negatively impact your delivery performance and be an inconvenience for the customer.
- All orders to PO BOX & Parcel Points addresses must be fulfilled
Every time you have a new pending order you will get three notifications:
- A notification value in the 'Pending' sttaus when viewing your orders

3. An email to your chosen mailing account
