What is the Customer Shipping structure?
- The Customer Delivery Structure and associated fees can be found on our shipping policy page

- Currently, the Express, Premium, and Click & Collect delivery options are not an option for our Marketplace partners therefore this change will have no impact to you or your shipping methods.
Have the delivery fees recently changed?
- As of Wednesday, 18th January 2023, 11:59pm, THE ICONIC increased the delivery fee for Express, Premium or Click & Collect delivery options, and orders valued under $75.00 by $1.00 Free standard delivery is still an option for customers for orders over $75.00, and all returns to THE ICONIC will continue to be free of charge.
Did THE ICONIC recently change its Minimum Order Value (MOV)?
- Yes. On the 05th June 2023, we increased our minimum order value (MOV) for free standard delivery option from $50.00 to $75.00.
Why did THE ICONIC change its shipping cost structure?
- The change in this MOV helps to ensure that we can continue providing the same superior service to our customers day in, day out.
Will there be any change to Marketplace delivery fees?
- Not at this stage. When customers purchase from Marketplace sellers they will only be able to select the one delivery option (which is express) and the delivery estimate time frame is shown on the checkout page.
Am I allowed to adjust our delivery pricing?
- No, as no change is being made to the delivery options listed for Marketplace partners, there is no need to make any adjustments to your delivery pricing.
As standard shipping is the FREE option, does this mean I can now use standard shipping rather than express?
- Your contract will outline the delivery service that must be used for all orders. Marketplace Sellers must use express shipping as this is the estimated delivery date provided to customers online.
