What is the Customer Shipping structure?

How does this work for Marketplace orders?
- Currently, the Express, Premium, and Click & Collect delivery options are not an option for our Marketplace partners therefore this change will have no impact to you or your shipping methods.
What are the current delivery fees?
- THE ICONIC delivery fees apply to Express, Premium and Click & Collect delivery options. Free standard delivery is available for eligible orders that meet the applicable minimum order value threshold for the customer’s region. All returns to THE ICONIC continue to be free of charge.
What is THE ICONIC’s Minimum Order Value (MOV)?
- The minimum order value for free standard delivery is $75.00 for Australian orders.
- The minimum order value for free standard delivery is $100.00 for New Zealand orders.
Will there be any change to Marketplace delivery fees?
- Not at this stage. When customers purchase from Marketplace sellers they will only be able to select the one delivery option (which is express) and the delivery estimate time frame is shown on the checkout page.
Am I allowed to adjust our delivery pricing?
- No, as no change is being made to the delivery options listed for Marketplace partners, there is no need to make any adjustments to your delivery pricing.
As standard shipping is the FREE option, does this mean I can now use standard shipping rather than express?
- Your contract will outline the delivery service that must be used for all orders. Marketplace Sellers must use express shipping as this is the estimated delivery date provided to customers online.
How does the NZ Customs Levy impact Marketplace orders?
- NZ Customs Levy (implemented April 2026) refers to a new New Zealand government levy that affects the cost of serving NZ orders. For eligible orders placed on THE ICONIC New Zealand site, shipped from Australia, and valued under NZ$1,000, the levy is covered by THE ICONIC or the Marketplace Seller, so the customer does not need to pay anything additional or take any action.
