If you are a Marketplace seller or integrator, you can use a pre-production environment to test your integration with Seller Center. This section will explain what this environment is, how you can use it, and what its limitations are. This will help you have a smooth experience with the platform.
The environment is set up to complete testing on the following Seller Center modules:
- Product Creation - (except imagery)
- Order Processing
- Promotions
- Account Statement (once test orders are completed)

It is important to note that the preproduction environment is a shared instance with THE ICONIC’s engineering team and is used for final testing before deploying any changes to our live environment. It is therefore expected that this environment from time to time will be impacted by these tests, and may have reduced functionality for short periods.
Our team aims to minimise downtime, however, if downtime is experienced please reach out to the seller help desk or raise a query through the Zendesk Help Centre and our team will be happy to support you.
