The audit log enables all users to see what changes have been occurring within the relevant Seller Center store. It can be found through System>Audit Log
It allows the tracking of all actions within the system including:
- Product
- Creation
- Updates
- Deleted
- Description Updates
- Stock updates
- Promotions
- Products Added
- Products Updated
It allows filtering on specific time periods, with predefined options and a custom selection.
As well as searching for specific events, it allows for the filtering of specific product information, this cand be done through:
- Product Name
- Seller SKU
- ICONIC SKU - Config or Simple
It is recommended to use either Seller SKU or ICONIC SKU.
To do this, start typing the SKU or copy the SKU into the "Search by event" section. Then select the "search all descriptions containing" option.
Once selected, this will bring up a full list of all actions that have occurred for that product through the set time period.
