1. What are the new password requirements?
- Minimum of 12 characters
- Maximum of 256 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one non-alphanumeric character (e.g., !@#$%)
- You cannot reuse any of your last 5 passwords
2. How often do I need to change my password?
You will be required to change your password every 90 days.
3. How will I know when my password is about to expire?
You will receive in-app notifications when you log in to Seller Center, starting 15 days before your password expires. The notification will become more urgent (with a warning colour) when there are less than 7 and 3 days left.
4. What happens if I don’t change my password before it expires?
If your password expires, you will be required to set a new password the next time you log in before you can access your Seller Center account.
5. Can I use an old password when changing my password?
No, you cannot reuse any of your last 5 passwords.
6. What should I do if I forget my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive a password reset email and must set a new password that meets the updated requirements.
7. Will this affect my current password?
Your current password will remain valid until it expires. Once it is due for renewal, you will need to set a new password that meets the new requirements.

9. When does the new policy take effect?
The new policy will apply to all password changes and resets from 24th July 2025 plus 90 days. You will be notified in advance before your password expires.
