Order Fulfilment - ICONIC Shipping Australia Post

We’re committed to continually enhancing your experience with THE ICONIC. We’re excited to announce an important improvement to our ‘Shipped by THE ICONIC’ business model: we are expanding our range of delivery carriers, starting with the rollout of Australia Post.

What’s Changing?

Previously, ‘Shipped by THE ICONIC’ orders were limited to a single carrier. Australia Post will become the mandatory carrier for all ‘Shipped by THE ICONIC’ orders. This change brings several benefits:

  • Express shipment for your Customers

  • No missed collections

  • Streamlined logistics: If you already use Australia Post for other orders, you’ll now have just one collection per day for all your parcels

What’s New in the Fulfilment Process?

There will be a few small changes to your order fulfilment process, including printing a QR code to present to Australia Post at collection. This ensures your orders receive their first tracking scan immediately, improving the Customer experience.

Order Fulfilment Steps via Seller Center:

See the step-by-step guide for Sellers using Australia Post for Shipped by THE ICONIC fulfilment:

  1. Order Placement and Syncing:
    • Customer places an order on THE ICONIC.

    • The order syncs to Seller Center and appears under "Pending Orders.

  2. Order Fulfilment in Warehouse:
    • Seller fulfils the order in their warehouse.

    • Create a package in Seller Center, selecting Australia Post Marketplace as the carrier. Select pack items and then ready to ship

       

  3. Label Generation:
    • An Australia Post shipping label is generated and sent back to Seller Center for printing.
  4. Set Status to 'Ready to Ship':
    • In Seller Center, set the order status to 'Ready to Ship.'
    • Select the carrier as Australia Post Marketplace.
  5. Manifest Orders:
    • Manifest the orders in Seller Center.
    • Receive an order manifest email with a QR label sent to the Operations contact.
  6. Courier Collection:
    • Couriers collect the orders and scan the QR printout.
  7. Set Status to Shipped:
    • Update the order status to 'Shipped' in Seller Center.
  8. Order Delivery:
    • The customer receives their order.
