To maintain the current customer experience of ICONIC-handled returns, it is suggested that returned items be completed each day as they arrive at your returns address. This will mitigate any need for bulk approvals which may cause delays for the customer. Ideal timings for each process are listed below:

Receiving Return Orders |
- Returned items are accepted at the Seller’s warehouse Monday to Friday.
- Must be marked as received within 24-hours of arriving at return address.

Returns Quality Check |
- Items must be processed in line with THE ICONIC guidelines.
- Items must be reviewed within 48-hours of being received at returns address, this will be monitored by our operations team.

Dispute Management |
- Return rejections must be raised to THE ICONIC via Seller Help Desk within 48-hours of assessment of returned order.
- Rejection queries will be recognised within 24-hours of submission.
- Investigations will be completed by THE ICONIC within 3 business days of submission.
- For return rejections that are then approved by THE ICONIC, a new shipping label addressed to the customer will be provided and the item must be shipped within 24-hours.
