Sellers can now create their own promotions (Cart Price type) in Seller Center.
Seller created promotions will be approved by Admin (Trade team) in Seller Center, and then will automatically be created in BOB Campaign page.
When SKUs are added to the Seller Promotion, they won't require SKU QC approval by Admin (Trade).
1. Create.
Sellers go to SC - Promotions - Overview - Create Cart Rule Promotion
2. Populate fields
a) Name
Sellers are to enter naming convention as (Brand):(Offer), e.g.
Globe: 40% Off
Globe: 40% Off Core Tees
Globe: SPEND $150, SAVE 20%
b) Cart Rule Code
Automatically populated.
Seller promotion will have a unique code auto populated in the format of CR(part of seller’s name)(unique number), e.g.
CRHOTM67891
c) Start Date & End Date
Mandatory for sellers to populate
d) Description
Optional for sellers to populate
e) Discount Type
Sellers can enter fields below to determine what type of promotion they are running, e.g.

f) Products
The Product section controls the sellers’ eligible products for the promotion that can be submitted.
- Price Criteria = Sellers can determine their list of eligible SKU for all or limit to only SKU with/without special price
- Brands = Sellers can narrow down their list of eligible SKU by specifying some brands only
- Minimum Maximum Price = Sellers can narrow down their list of eligible SKU for SKU within a certain price range only
- Product Attributes = sellers can narrow down their list of eligible SKU to only include SKU of certain attributes like gender, season, item category/product group/buying categories, etc.
3. Submit
Sellers can then submit the promotion, they also have the option to add SKU straightaway, or they can come back and do the addition at a later stage.
The promotion will then go to Admin Promotion QC approval to be reviewed
- Adding products
This can be done from inside the promotion at the step above.
Or
This can be done from the list view, Three dots, Add Product.
!PLEASE NOTE !
Sellers will not be able to add SKU to multiple promotions in overlapping periods.
If SKUs are already in one promotion (whether it is an ICONIC promotion or Seller promotion), in another promotion they will be displayed like this and cannot be added.
- Status.
On the Seller Promotion Overview page, sellers can view the status of their promotions, as well as THE ICONIC promotion that they have joined.
If the promotion has been rejected, they can edit the promotion, and re-submit it and the rejection reason/comment will be displayed.
