Once your team has raised this ISR ensure that a Notice of Shipment is sent using the ISR number in seller Center and following the instructions below.
A confirmation of shipment and information is critical, Suppliers are required to provide a notice of shipment for all Shipment Requests within 48 hours before dispatch of items from your warehouse. The notice of shipment must contain the following key logistics information:
■ Scheduled Delivery Date (exl weekends & NSW public holidays)
■ THE ICONIC Shipment Request#
■ Shipment Tracking
■ Total carton count
You can now advise Notice of Shipment (NOS) or Shipping Notice directly within your Inbound Stock Request (ISR) in Seller Center. The shipping details you provide will automatically update to our Fulfilment Center, making the process faster and more efficient. See example below:
Sellers will be able to view a new ‘Notice of Shipment’ counter in the Seller Centre - Catalogue - Fulfilment by THE ICONIC, at the heading level. Clicking it will display the list of relevant ISRs.
You will have two options in Seller Center:
- Create the ISR first, and add NOS information later. This information must be provided at least 2 days before the expected shipment date (steps listed below)
- Create the ISR and provide NOS information immediately (screenshot above)
An email will be sent to Sellers who haven’t completed a shipping notice within two days of the intended shipment arriving, to ensure delivery accuracy to our Fulfilment Center.
Any shipment arriving to THE ICONIC Fulfilment Centre without notification, or in variance to the scheduled delivery date, may be subject to delivery refusal in accordance with the terms of the STA.
How to submit a Notice of Shipment of later
- Seller Center > Fulfillment by The Iconic > Show details for the ISR you are sending in
- Press 'Edit' and a new window will appear
- Input ISR details
